Check Out Time is 12 PM. If your site is available, you can extend your stay. PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE.
Quiet Time is 10PM to 8AM and is strictly enforced. ALL RADIOS AND ENGINES OFF PLEASE
Radios: At anytime your radio can be heard off your site, it's too loud. (No radios allowed in secluded Island or Pines sites) No generators, chainsaws or bug zappers permitted. No gas powered remote controlled vehicles. No off-road vehicles.
Weather: Camping is a true outdoor experience. There are no refunds for bad weather.
Two Vehicles Per Site: (One Vehicle per site for secluded Island and Pines sites)
Visitors: Limit of 4 per site. Visitors must register in office upon arrival and pay the visitor fee of $10 for adults. Visitors permitted between 10AM and 10PM.
Bicycles: NYS Law - Children under age 14 must wear a helmet.
PLEASE FOLLOW OUR DIRECTIONS:
IMPORTANT UPDATE: The Covered Bridge is currently closed to vehicles (you can still walk across) If you use exit 98 you could end up on the WRONG side of the Bridge and you will need to turn around and go back up the dirt road.
Make sure you navigate to the campground down Conklin Hill Rd from the North via Debruce Rd/Willowemoc Rd.
An easy 2 1/2 hours from NYC. From NYC: take the New York State thruway to exit 16 (Harriman) This puts you directly on Route 17. Proceed on RT 17 West to Exit 96, Livingston Manor Exit.
At the bottom of the exit ramp make a left onto DeBruce Road and go exactly 71/2 miles (set your odometer) Make a right after our sign onto Conklin Hill Road. You can follow the signs to the Willowemoc Covered Bridge. The entrance to the campground is on the right side just before the Covered Bridge. The camp store and office are immediately on the right after passing through the gate. Please park your car and leave all pets in your vehicle until you check in.
Just over 1 Hour from Binghamton. Take Route 17 East to Exit 96, Livingston Manor. At the top of the exit ramp there is a stop sign. Make a right onto White Roe Lake Road. Go 1/10th mile to the stop sign and make a left onto old route 17. Go about 1/10th mile make a left on DeBruce Road. Drive 8 miles and turn right onto Conklin Hill Road. You can follow the signs to the Willowemoc Covered Bridge. The entrance to the campground is on the right side just before the Covered Bridge. The camp store and office are immediately on the right after passing through the gate. Please park your car and leave all pets in your vehicle until you check in.

All general reservations will be charged a non-refundable deposit of at least one night stay. ***Please note the payment policy for Major Holidays, below***

COVID-19
During this COVID-19 health crisis, situations, information, and regulations are changing constantly. In order to protect ourselves as a small business, we ask that you consider these policies carefully before making any reservations.
COVID-related Closures:
No deposit refunds will be issued if we are forced to close, either by order of our local government, or federal mandate. Instead, to honor our commitment to you, if requested in advance of your reservation date, we will apply all received deposits to a future visit during the 2021 camping season and must be within 12 months of the originally scheduled arrival date.
If the campground is open and operating as normal, our standard cancellation policy applies:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Changing dates may result in a cancellation fee. If your deposit is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and re-book your site.
Failure to show or early departures due to weather, etc., will receive no refund.
Please be aware we do not accept cancellations via email unless explicitly confirmed.
Major Holidays
Major Holidays are: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, and the days immediately surrounding them.
All deposits and payments made for Major Holidays are non-refundable and all balances must be paid in full one month in advance of your stay. If your reservation is not paid in full or your deposit is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and re-book your site.
WATERFALL TRAIL: Walk over the covered bridge and on the left is the Angler's parking lot. Behind it, cross the little creek (not the Willowemoc) and follow the creek and path up the mountain. The path separates but always comes back together. Path ends at a 20' waterfall. You will see several smaller waterfalls along the path. This a family friendly hike.
RIVERSIDE TRAIL: Cross the Covered Bridge, on the left, follow the dirt path along the river. This is approximately a 1 mile hike following the Willowemoc Creek.
FISHING: Ages 16 & up must have a NY State Fishing License.

NEW DEC FIREWOOD REGULATIONS
On March 18, 2009 the NY DEC enacted a regulation to protect our forests from destructive invasive
species. This is to stop invasive, exotic tree insects and diseases from further spreading in our state. In short, the regulation...
Prohibits transporting firewood within New York more than 50 miles from its source.
Leave firewood home - unless you live within 50 miles. This is not our rule, it is the DEC's.
State Penalties under the Environmental Conservation law, violations of these regulations are
subject to a $200 fine, plus a $100 civil penalty and up to 15 days in jail.
Firewood Bundle are for sale at campground. We sell seasoned hard wood, not pine.
Firewood purchased elsewhere, the DEC requires you to obtain a receipt from the dealer to
show it came from within 50 miles of the campground.
Cutting or Burning branches or logs found on our property is prohibited.
